You probably just answered the question in your head thinking it's an easy decision.

For me, it's not. Did I mention it's a lot of money? A hell of a lot.

I needed to go far away to think it through.

As I embarked on an impulsive trip, I hit a detour when I met sexy Carter in the airport lounge. We struck up a heated conversation.

Then, he left.

I thought I'd never see him again.

But fate had other plans.

Surprise! He was the pilot of my flight.

The bigger surprise was the adventure that followed after the plane landed.

Carter was dangerous and always on the move.

Even though our connection was magnetic, I knew it was only temporary.

He would give me tickets, and I would follow him around the world to exotic places.

A bevy of flight attendant exes and rumors about Carter's reputation were never far behind.

I didn't know what to believe.

But I was addicted. Nothing else mattered anymore. And I was going to get hurt. Because a part of me wanted to be the one to finally ground the playboy pilot.

At the very least, he was taking me on a thrilling ride.

All good things must come to an end, right?

Except our ending was one I didn't see coming.

"I don't know what this is. I just know I want more of it."

WARNING: This book is addictive and you will NOT be able to put it down. I picked up this book Sunday evening and had to make myself put it down so I could be mentally awake on Monday, or I would have read all night. One thing I can say about this writing duo is that they always grab me from the first page and never let me down throughout. I am immediately sucked in, yet I find myself constantly complaining about ONE thing with their books. Always.

THEY. AREN'T. LONG. ENOUGH. 

They always end!! Dammit.

I smiled from cover to cover and giggled at Carter's smartass mouth!!! But my gosh, does he make you swoon with his dirty mouth too. Wooh!!! He was perfect in every way. I loved how confident he was, and how his quick wit always had something to say. I laughed and swooned so much during this book. Kendall was trying to find her way, and fate honestly stepped in. I am a firm believer in fate and I loved how this entire story played out. She was a very strong heroine....stubborn too, and I think that's why I was able to relate to her. 

The way Vi and Penelope write a story that is so encompassing of all your feelings; that makes me take pause. Yes, I loved Carter and Kendall a lot. But, we had love and curiosity, we had fear and pain, excitement and joy, and sorrow and regret....it all shaped this story really well. I honestly felt it all. But my smiles were the BIGGEST. So GOOD!! There was a very memorable theme throughout this entire book that I think will make you smile as well. I loved it! 

I loved this book. Like....I reeeeally loved it. Every time I read one of their books, I constantly question how I can convey to YOU how worthy they are. I just feel like they are a known good read for me. The storyline was plausible, the characters were easily lovable and the story structure moved in such a way that you fell in love with them all at once. I love the ease in which their stories seem to flow, and the effortlessness with their words. Once again, this was a winner.

I was telling my husband about this book and how I didn't want my review to sound like every other glowing 5 star review, I was at a loss for words. It was effortless. It flowed. It was perfect. It was the easiest book to read and the HEA was just right. When I went to tell him that Vi and Penelope are my favorite duo, I said Vinelope. Not Penelope. Not Vi. Vinelope. And it stuck!!
