BOOK Blitz and REVIEW for Reasonable Doubt by Whitney G Williams

REASONABLE DOUBT
by WHITNEY G.

My cock has an appetite.

A huge and very particular appetite: Blonde, curvy, and preferably not a fucking liar...(Although, that's a story for another day.) As a high profile lawyer, I don't have time to waste on relationships, so I fulfill my needs by anonymously chatting and sleeping with women I meet online.

My rules are simple: One dinner. One night. No repeats.

This is only casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less.

At least it was, until "Alyssa"...She was supposed to be a 27 year old lawyer, a book hoarder, and completely unattractive. She was supposed to be someone I shared law advice with late at night, someone I could trust with details of my weekly escapades.

But then she came into my firm for an interview--a college-intern interview, and everything fucking changed...

REVIEW: 4.5 STARS
I miss the idea of you--of what could have been

What a FUN book to read....and WOW!! Mr. Hamilton, you naughty man, you!!!

This was my first book of Whitney G's and I knew I had to read her book after meeting her at the Portland Author Occasion in July of 2015. I had this book for a while (full series), but had never set aside some time to read it. Boy, am I ever glad I did. I got to read this book over vacation, and IT WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH. I could have read about Andrew over and over and over.

When you have a man with extreme confidence and a motto that he lives by....well, that doesn't make him sound attainable. He's just a player.....right?

Aubrey has her head on straight and I love love LOVE the way she handles Andrew....from start to finish. What starts out as innocent question and answer sessions, turns into flirting and innuendos and THEN turns into basic "YOU WILL MEET ME" conversations. The way they talked with each other always made me smile. I loved the way Andrew 'informed' her they were meeting and that he wanted to do things to her that made her smile, and then she'd brush him off. Talk about laughing. I loved her demeanor....she didn't let him push her.

However....once certain things came to light, Andrew was NOT pleased. He doesn't like liars AT ALL and won't deal with them. Not in the slightest. But, sometimes things aren't as they appear, contrary to what you are 'seeing'.

When he felt this anger towards Aubrey, my heart sank!!! What could have been and what should have been were one in the same, but some things didn't play out as they should have. The discord between Aubrey and Andrew was written really well. I didn't feel any of it was forced and it really made you feel sorry for BOTH sides. I really couldn't stop turning the pages. I devoured the book as I was trying to see how it would end!!

By the time I finally got around to the end, I had a huge grin. The way their HEA came to light and how it all played out was perfection. Fun and sexy, perfection. One thing to note; the comical way that Andrew spoke had so much confidence behind it and it was refreshing. I loved their banter. I loved his smart wit. I loved his demeanor. Hard ass or not, he was perfect. This was such an easy read. No eye rolling, no wishing it was over, no skipping pages. Easy read. Great storyline. Good character development.

Sometimes learning to give and not only take is a valuable lesson, Mr. Hamilton.
