Book Review and Giveaway for Drunk On You by Harper Sloan

DRUNK ON YOU
by HARPER SLOAN

It was supposed to be fun.
A mutual use of each other's bodies.
To be a ruse to the world around us.
I wanted to be free from my ex, and he wanted to escape his.

One drunken night turned a joke into a life-changing moment.
He warned me not to fall for him, and I should've listened.

He intoxicated me.
He made me crave him.
He ruined me.
In the end, I'll never be the same.

REVIEW: 3.5-4 DRUNK STARS
"Why do I make you nervous, chèrie? Is it because you're not used to the type of man I am, or because you aren't used to the way the type of man I am makes you feel?"

I have been invested in the crew from The Corps Security Series since I originally read them and then, of course, I have followed their kids in the spinoff series: the Hope Town Books. I have loved all the stories in these two series, but this was a fun little jaunt outside of that dynamic to the best friends of Nate and Ember. I anxiously awaited this one, and it was such a good story. I needed this book BAD!!

At first, the beginning was a little shaky for me between transitions from conversation to actions/scenes, and I was slightly concerned! While I was only 5% in, it didn't grab me immediately like Harper's books always do. It wasn't reading 'deep' to me and I knew there was some power behind this love story, so that didn't sit well with me. But, I continued on because I love this crew and I knew that Harper could whip up a story that would grab my attention. And then all of the sudden, WOAH!! BAM!! Longest first 9% ever, but I think I needed a cigarette and a drink after that! Holy shite!! To put this nicely, Shane was HOT. He had a mouth on him that didn't quit. Holy cow, he is naughty in all the right ways. He made me squirm. And blush. And smile. And yeah, he was just so <sigh> SEXY. Holy cow. YES.

"A man like me...I would ruin you and have you begging to be ruined all over again once you'd recovered."

With some quick witted comebacks and some giggle-worthy moments, I became thoroughly engrossed in these two. This was a story of love and trust -- and the reality of the necessity of said trust in a relationship. And for someone who cannot stand FAKE relationship storylines, this one was actually done RIGHT. I don't know why, but I generally hate fake relationship storylines because they're never really written to the point of belief for me, but this one was easy once we got into the thick of the story. Throw in some seriously sexy times, mix in some jealous exes and add a dash of signature Harper-Drama, and you have a book that actually kept me quite entertained.

I feel like the actuality of the relationship, the depth of it, was what helped smooth out the book for me. I honestly couldn't get enough of Shane and Nikki together. Shane was a very strong man, but Nikki was one strong woman as well. She had a few hangups, but so did Shane. I actually liked seeing them wade through the waters of insecurity in their relationship. There was an undercurrent of reality to their problems, and I liked seeing it play out. Again, some of it was a little overplayed, but that's Harper's signature.

OMG -  I need to mention this: THE sexiest thing ever was Shane speaking in French to Nikki!! Yes, please. It was such a turn on. The meaning behind it had a great backstory and I loooved it. I was bummed that the translation for his smooth and sexy quotes were AT THE END of the chapter. It made it tedious and hard to find, and by the time I got to it at the end of the chapter, I'd already forgotten the context in which it was used in. It was lost on me at that point so I was seriously bummed out. UNTIL I pulled my head out and realized there was a translation button on my kindle app. I'm ok now. Yes, that was a complete USER ERROR. Super sexy Shane can speak to me in French any day of the week!! I freaking loved it.

"His touch was as intoxicating as a drink to an alcoholic."

I love when a title makes perfect sense to the story you're reading. This title FITS this book! I loved the meaning behind it and I felt the emotion behind it. Overall, a really great book. I really love this little extended family Harper has written and I will forever follow this series. I am completely in love with it and can't wait for more. I am actually quite excited at the setup for the next story that we got to see in this book.

"I trust you. I trust you with all that I am. All I've ever needed."

Excerpt for Dirty Little Secret by Kendall Ryan

EXCERPT

“Emma could be the perfect companion, don’t you think?” I turned to face his desk, where he still sat.

He rolled his eyes, and I swooped in for the kill. He’d had his chance. I’d given it to him on a silver platter.

Which meant that the coast was clear. If he didn’t want her . . .

“So, you don’t mind if I take her to the Bennett Foundation gala?” I raised my eyebrows.

Gavin’s brow furrowed but his eyes went ice cold, his pause saying far more than his words. “Of course not. Why would I mind?”

Bullshit.

Maybe this little push was just what he needed to get his head out of his ass.

I nodded. “Good.”

His mouth turned down a notch, and I could tell he was thinking. Processing.

For a moment, I didn’t think he was going to take the bait. But then, I knew my brother. I’d laid down a challenge, questioned why he was so adamantly against the idea of hiring her, and although he didn’t want to open up and share, this topic was far from over. Our calendars were slammed, and we both knew it. His assistant had joked just that morning that it would make her job a hell of a lot easier if we each just found a girlfriend. Gavin had scoffed so hard, I thought he was going to bust an artery.

Gavin heaved out a sharp exhale. “What makes you so interested in her, anyway? I thought they were all a number on a paycheck to you?”

I shrugged. “They are until they’re not. You, of all people, should know—”

“Enough,” Gavin barked.

“Right.” I shoved my hands in my pockets. “Shame, though. Seems like there’s something . . . interesting between you two.” Briefly, I wondered if they had a history. “Anything you want to tell me?”

“No, but I have a question for you,” he snapped back with a lethal smile that didn’t reach his narrowed eyes.

“What the fuck are you still doing in my office?”

“Trying to find out whether you’re going to let me have this one, or if we’re going to be fighting for the same prize,” I answered honestly.

Gavin looked up from his screen. “Are you high?” His mouth thinned into a firm, chiseled line. “If you want her, take her. I’m not playing with her like she’s a chew toy.”

“Okay. But that doesn’t change the fact that you need a date to the charity auction. A girl like her on your arm? Imagine the business we could do. She’s like a walking commercial. And when you’re done rubbing elbows with all the fancy people, I’ll take her off your hands for a couple of events of my own. Use your head, man, she’s perfect. The girl every guy wants to be seen with. Sweet enough to bring home to Mother, hot enough to imagine her on her knees, with that mouth—”

“Got it,” Gavin snapped. He stared at a point on the ceiling, then blew out an annoyed sigh. “If I take her to the fucking auction, will you stop, already?”

“Yup.”

“I’ll tell you right now, though, if this is business, neither of us are sleeping with her.”

I bit back a laugh but nodded anyway. If that was what Gavin wanted to tell himself, I wasn’t about to stop him.

Fact was, though, if she would have either of us, we’d probably get our dicks caught in our zippers in the rush to get our pants off. Telling him that would only make him change his mind, and I’d gotten what I wanted.

If this girl had my big brother this riled up? She was something special. And no matter what he thought of himself, he deserved something special in his life again. If I had to agree to take her out as well just to get him to go along with it, so be it.

It wasn’t exactly a hardship, after all.

OR Another option if we don't want to advertise the triangle is:

“Tonight was your evening out with Emma, wasn’t it?” His dark brows drew together as he continued to study me.

“It was. I just dropped her off at home.” Taking another long sip of my drink, I hoped he read my fuck off signal loud and clear.

“How did that go? Did she live up to expectations?”

No such luck.

I shrugged. Maybe he thought I fucked her. I obviously didn’t. Ben could vouch for that. Jesus. “It was fine. We went to the event, and then I took her home. I won the Seychelles trip this year.”

“Oh, good. Another overpriced vacation you’ll never go on. Don’t change the subject.”

I rolled my eyes, adding another measure of bourbon to both our glasses. The bastard was referring to the trip to Tahiti I never took. Not that it went to waste. I gifted it to our highest-earning girl last year. She took her parents. I still had the photo of them on lounge chairs sitting on my desk.

As much as I didn’t want Quinn’s advice right now, I knew he was about to dish up a heaping serving. I bit the inside of my cheek and waited. The dude clearly had something he needed to get off his chest.

“Something’s different with this one,” he said. “I’m just trying to put my finger on what it is.”

He’d figure it out eventually; it didn’t take a rocket scientist. I drank the rest of my bourbon, waiting.

“I’m just trying to figure out if it’s more than just the fact she looks like Ashley.”

Ding, ding, ding.

Fucker.

“Drop it, Quinn. It has nothing to do with that.”

I didn’t want it to, and honestly, as I got to know Emma, the less their similarities seemed to matter. That first time I saw her in the coffee shop, though, I’d been knocked back three years.

Looking at Emma was like staring into the face of my once-upon- a-time. But I knew that wasn’t possible. I’d been there the day they’d lowered her into the ground. I’d said my good-byes, as final as they were.

They shared a few similar features, but Emma was her own woman, and one I was quickly becoming fascinated with.

“I know there’s something different about her. You haven’t even looked twice at a woman in months. Just be careful this time.”

I rose to my feet, my blood pumping fast. “Don’t you think I fucking know that?”

The fucking kicker? Quinn was right. Emma was feisty, yet had all the leanings of a submissive, which I’d always been attracted to.

“I don’t want this to end badly,” Quinn added.

Rubbing my temples, I regretted ever coming into the office tonight. Jacking off alone in the shower would have been much better.

“If you’re through, I’m tired. I’m going to head home.”

“Didn’t mean to piss you off,” Quinn said as I headed out of his office.

“Don’t worry about it,” I called over my shoulder, not bothering to look back.

As fucked up as all this was, I knew it was only going to get more complicated.

Tonight’s foreplay wasn’t nearly enough to satisfy the beast inside me. I wanted the pretty little Emma Bell. And I was going to have her.

She’s much too innocent for me, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting the sweet, young librarian. I’m dominating and possessive, and my control streak runs a mile wide.

The way she looks at me—like I’m one of the heroes in the books she loves, like I’m broken, and she wants to be the one to piece me back together—it only complicates things further. I’m nobody’s hero.

But there’s no denying my tragic past reads like one of her favorite literary classics. It’s raw. Visceral. Captivating. And together, we’re a perfect mess.

How am I expected to resist when the sexual sparks zap between us and set me on fire? The need to control, and claim her force my walls to come tumbling down, but when she learns my dirty little secret, will my world come crashing down with it?

The story continues in Dirty Little Promise, releasing October 30th.

Sawyer

My throat tightened and a heaviness grew in my chest like my heart didn’t know whether to beat faster or stop beating altogether. “Did you leave me all this to show me the life you could’ve had, but didn’t? Why!?” I pounded the wheel again and then again, and again and again until my vision was blurry and all I could see was the redness of my own heated rage. “You’re a fucking coward! You fucking COWARD!” I screamed to no one, pounding on the wheel until the skin across my knuckles split and blood dripped between my fingers.

Strong hands bit into my biceps, yanking me from the cab. I was spun around by my shoulders and found myself face to face with Finn. “I like it when you swear,” he said, pressing close.

“Finn, get off me! Get off me! Let me go!” I wailed, struggling to free myself from his grip. Kicking out my legs only to connect with the air as he evaded my every move.

A growl tore from his throat. Finn picked me up and walked me to the back of the truck, setting me on the open tailgate. He pushed himself between my legs and hovered over me to keep me from leaping off.

“Let me go,” I demanded, pushing at his hard chest. “I don’t have time for your broodiness right now.”

Finn held my wrists together with one hand. “No, of course you don’t. You’re too busy tearing up pictures and screaming at no one.”

“Let me go,” I repeated.

“No,” he said between clenched teeth.

“Just go! Leave me alone. Leave meeeeeee!” I wailed as I pounded against his stone chest.

“You don’t want to hit me,” he warned, his eyes hardened.

“Then let me go.”

“Why?” He stepped in closer, unaffected by my attempt to fight against him. My inner thighs were touching his outer thighs.

“Because she did!” I screamed, my eyes sprang open to find his cold blue gaze. “She could have run anywhere and taken me with her. Instead she left him but she left me too. She was a coward who couldn’t make the right decision and I love her. I love her…but I hate her. I hate her so much…so…” I was interrupted when Finn’s lips pressed against mine, momentarily rendering me stupid. I pointed my toes toward the sky to avoid my initial instinct which was to wrap my legs around him. It was so consuming that I momentarily forgot to fight him off, but I didn’t need to, he pulled his lips from mine.

“Stop doing that,” I said. I pushed him off but he stayed between my legs, his hands on my bare back just under the hem of his big t-shirt I was wearing. His gaze hardened. I could see the conflict written in his lined forehead and the deep V between his eyes. I had no doubt the conflict had everything to do with me.

And kissing me.

“It’s your fault that I do it,” Finn said, his voice deep and smooth against my chin and then my neck.

“So that’s your plan? Kiss me every time you want to shut me up?” I asked, still feeling every bit of my anger but also feeling something else. Something that sent tingles between my legs and an ache in my core. “Thank you for saving me. Really. Thank you.

I appreciate it,” my voice cracked. “But you can just leave me alone now. And please, STOP kissing me.” My words a whisper.

“I’m going to kiss you whenever I want to kiss you,” Finn stated as if I didn’t have a say in the matter.

The early morning sunlight highlighted the beads of sweat trickling from his shoulders down his broad chest and across the valleys of his defined abs. He was standing so close that we were breathing in each other’s air.

“Whenever you want to kiss me?” I laughed. “I don’t understand you. I don’t understand any of this. You’re always mad at me. Why did you save me? Why do you keep kissing me when you’re always mad at me?”

“It’s when I’m pissed off at you that I want to kiss you the most,” Finn said, his voice flowing over my skin like a silky blanket. He slid me closer so I could feel the outline of his rigid erection as if he were proving a point. He lowered his lips to mine and consumed my mouth in a greedy kiss that had me shaking with need and spinning with confusion.

“Do you always kiss everyone you hate?” I asked, yanking my lips from his.

“Does this feel like hate to you?” he growled pushing his hard length between my legs.

Book Review and Giveaway for Corrupt by Jessica Prince

CORRUPT
by JESSICA PRINCE

Garrett Wilder is rich, famous, and totally bad for me. After one night that ended with me wanting to punch him in his face, the self-absorbed rockstar has become a permanent fixture in my life...

Whether I like it or not.

Now I’m forced to see him every day, and that shield I put up to protect my heart is quickly crumbling to the ground. I’ve gone from hating him to craving him. And the scariest part is that he feels the same.

He wants to know me.
He wants to own me.
He wants to corrupt me.

And if I’m not careful...
I just might let him

REVIEW: 4 STARS
"You think you don't fit in my world, but what you don't get is that you are my world."

I have been recommended Jessica Prince's books for quite some time now, so I finally jumped in and I am so happy I did. In all honesty, this is the kind of book I would recommend in between heavy emotional reads. Just the kind that I could sink into because it was well written while being a quick and easy read. I didn't have to think too hard while reading it because Jessica spelled it out for us and laid the groundwork pretty well. This book definitely put this series on my watch list because after reading Garrett's story, I need the rest of the band members stories too!!

My absolute favorite part was Garrett and Gwen's first meeting. I smiled immediately once I read that part and it really set the tone for the book for me. It was nice and didn't feel forced in the slightest, and I totally cheesy-grinned how it all began. Super cheesy grin. However, I must say that the actual reason behind them living together felt a little forced for me, but I figured with that kind of money and fame at your disposal, you kinda get used to setting things up and making sure they go your way. So I went with it....why not? It allowed for the setup of their story, but also allowed for the reality of their feelings to grow and showcase the fear behind letting their walls down. It was a volatile and exasperating love at times, all because of insecurities and need, but continually muddled because of fear and past actions.

--> Garrett was delicious. He wasn't overtly swoony, and he had some definite faults, but I think that made him all the more relatable. There was a depth to him that we weren't privy to by just looking in from the outside. Once you got to know him, by being on the inside, seeing his actions, he was a very emotionally charged man with many layers. He was, to me, a typical super sexy guy with ego related actions as well as some questionable actions to boot. I mean, c'mon. He was a drummer in a popular band, so he had everything thrown at him, and after living that lifestyle, he got used to the perks and the ability to just toss things away...including people, unfortunately. But, the redeeming side of him made me sigh. He worked SO hard, putting his heart on the line, to make Gwen understand that she was the one for him. He realized the err of his ways, and clearly didn't want to let her go without a fight. I will say this; for as spoiled as his life was, he was quite grounded and usually made rational decisions in the relationship field. I was actually shocked at how level-headed his decisions were. You could tell he really wanted their relationship to work. I really liked Garrett.

--> Gwen was a strong woman. At times I felt she was extremely stubborn.....hahaha!! Who am I kidding?! She was stubborn the ENTIRE. TIME. But honestly, that is what I liked about her. Yes, I may have wanted to shake her a few times, but I could completely understand why she was so hesitant with everything going on. One admirable thing I loved seeing was that she fostered a relationship between Garrett and Liddy. I loved seeing that. Gwen had some normal single parent insecurities, she was even wishy-washy at times, but I could empathize with her. She naturally fought her feelings with a very sturdy wall that Garrett was trying to get past. It was fun to see the reality behind the wide range of emotions. I loved the fact that they were in their own little bubble trying to repair their tattered relationship they had. It was a neat thing to read, and Jessica spelled it out for us while allowing us to hurt, to laugh, and to fall in love right along with them.

This was a great book and was the perfect start to a new series -- so much so that I will be following Jessica around like a lost puppy so that I can get the rest of the stories. I feel completely invested in this band now and can't wait for more!! It wasn't overly emotional, it certainly wasn't angsty at all, and the drama was actually understandable but wasn't carried on forrreeeeverrrr -- thank gosh. This one was a growing and learning experience and I loved experiencing it with them. Thank you to Amy at Garden of REden for the recommendation. I'm excited for more!

"I can't keep trying to hold on to something that doesn't want to be held. It's up to you to decide if I should finally let go."

Book Review for Lost Love by Kelly Elliott

Moving back home to my parents’ cattle ranch in Texas was the last thing I thought I’d be doing.

But, here I stand … in front of my high school girlfriend. A beautiful, confident woman has replaced the young girl I once knew and loved. Hell. I’m still in love with her.

Yep. Paxton Monroe was my first love and the one girl in town who now hated my guts. So much so, Paxton swore her revenge on me if it took her until the day she died. The last words she spoke to me were a vow to cut my dick off and shove it down my throat.

The fight between my heart, my head, and last, but certainly not least, my dick starts tonight. Because all I can think about is how I want to be buried so deep inside Paxton she won’t remember how I broke her heart, or how I left her when she needed me the most.

But who will win? My heart is too broken to listen to my head. And my dick, yeah it’s not listening to anything or anyone. Not until it gets what it wants and what it wants is Paxton Monroe.

Lost Love is book one in the Cowboys and Angels Series

REVIEW: 3 Swoony Stars
"All I want to do is hold you in my arms and tell you how much I love you, Paxton."

Once again, Kelly Elliott wrote a funny and swoony love story and I was so glad to read this after the rather heavy book I just finished. This book was a nice change of pace and was an easy read that didn't require me to think too hard. It was a super sticky-sweet, sappy love story that was easy to follow and was a welcome escape for the weekend. While this one started out so wonderfully and ended so preciously, the journey from Point A to Point B may have been a little misguided and at times tedious to wade through, but overall it was a GREAT read. I laughed, I giggled, and I most certainly swooned over Steed.

With such a heartbreaking past shared between Paxton and Steed, it was a rough road to get to their HEA. When there are two non-communicative sides hurting, there is a 100% chance of misunderstandings. I loved both of these characters individually and as a couple. They were the very definition of a deserving second chance romance. I loved that we got to see BOTH sides of their tumultuous past and got to break it down little by little until we got the full picture. It was such a great reminder that there is always another side. No matter what you are feeling, someone else is feeling something different for the same situation.

I can spell out where some parts kinda turned me off:
--> I point out when I see drama for drama's sake....and this one, sadly, had a little bit in it towards the end. With the ease and the flow the story carried throughout the majority of the book, the drama at the end was completely unnecessary to me and added a little sourness to the story for me. One, it was completely unbelievable and two, it wasn't likely that it would honestly happen that way, so it was meh for me.

--> When we were in the middle of a sexy and HOT moment between these two, ill-timed hindsight and inner monologue popped up. It was like setting the mood, lighting the fire, turning down the lights and settling in with your wine and then BAM! Let's bring something up that had no business being brought up and it was like a splash of cold water at the most inopportune times. I don't understand why she wrote it that way, but it brought me out of the mood a few times. And, for the love of sexy time, please stop repeating things over and over. I got it the first time, no need to repeat it and spell it out.

--> HYGIENE. I cannot get over the fact that this cowboy had his hands in her pants and he had just roped and ridden a horse. Multiple times this happened. I could NOT get over that mental picture and it was a very hard thing for me to actually find sexy and get through. I am sure that is just ME, but it grossed me out.

What I absolutely LOVED:
--> These characters fought very hard for their HEA. I really enjoyed the basis of this story and what caused the rupture in their life and continued the pain for years. This was a very relatable and understandable pain, but it was a misunderstood and avoidable pain. I LOVED how they worked it out. I honestly felt this was the best part of the book. Ok, that and their undeniable connection and intensely sexy scenes. (Because their intimacy was leaping off the pages.)

--> The characters in this book were strong and very relatable. I loved their strength, their wittiness and their determination. I really enjoyed them and found myself laughing out loud at times and quietly giggling at other times, but most definitely swooning over Steed at ALL the times. I felt their strengths brought a lot of depth to their characters and the storyline, and I liked how easy they were to connect with. Steed was a man with a dirrrrty mouth and knew what he wanted, but warred with what Paxton was saying. I freaking loved the inner fight these two had between following their hearts and listening to their minds. Steed was a strong man with some serious emotions. While I found everyone crying at one point or another, and that got to be a little too soft for me, the overall fact that a man was in touch with his feelings was a nice change of pace.

Having spelled out the issues as well as the love I had for this book, I can and will still easily recommend this book. I loved the storyline. I genuinely did. I think this was a great beginning story to this series and I will be reading them as they continue to release because I like Miss Elliott's stories. While her style of writing is a little different, there is NO doubt that these stories will be favorites because of the easy nature of the love and the strength in her characters. I am very anxious to check out Love Profound, and after reading Lost Love, I am doubly anxious to check out Tempting Love!!! This series is going to be a fun one to follow, for sure!

EXCERPT FOR LOST LOVE

Slipping into the truck, she didn’t say a word.

The drive back to her house was silent. It took less than ten minutes, but it felt like a fucking eternity.

My heart was pounding as I pulled up and put the truck in park. Paxton sat with her hands folded in her lap. The weight of whatever she wanted to say was heavy in the truck. The only thing I knew to do was be patient. When it was clear she wasn’t about to, I opened my mouth to speak, but she beat me to it.

“Will you come in?”

Okay. That wasn’t what I thought she was going to say.

“Um.”

She closed her eyes and shook her head. “No. What I mean is, will you let me show you something.”

I wiggled my brows. Paxton let out a soft chuckle before reaching over and hitting me on the leg.

“That’s not what I meant.”

“Sure, I’d love to come in.”

I jumped out of the truck and jogged around to the passenger side where I reached my hand out and helped Paxton down. She smiled, and I led the way to her front door.

When we walked in, she tossed her keys into a small square bowl. My eyes about popped out of my head; it was the bowl I’d made her in eighth grade pottery class. I didn’t say anything as I continued to follow her. When she made her way over to the steps, I paused.

Paxton glared. “I don’t want to sleep with you, Steed. I only want to show you something.”

My ego took a serious hit, and I couldn’t help the look of disappointment on my face. Not because I realized I wasn’t going to have sex with Paxton, because trust me, I was fucking disappointed in that. But because she didn’t seem to want me. At all.

“Is it something naughty?” I teased while following her up the stairs.

“No,” she replied with a lighthearted laugh. I could tell she was a little tipsy with the way she was walking. I had to admit it was nice to have a bit of lighter banter between us.

“You feel okay, pumpkin?” I asked, watching her ass as she climbed the stairs.

“Yeah. I think I drank more than I thought I did. I feel a bit lightheaded.”

My breathing increased with the idea of being in Paxton’s bedroom. My dick was already thinking of what it wanted to do, and I adjusted myself. But the moment we walked into her room and she turned on the lights, I knew it was going to be a battle keeping my hard on at bay.

I scanned the master bedroom. It was done in different shades of gray. The touches of blue in the room made me smile. It was almost exactly how we’d talked about all those years ago.

Paxton sat down on the bench at the end of her bed and pulled her boots off. I stood there with my hands in my pocket still looking around the room.

“Um, Pax, is there a reason you brought me up to your bedroom or are you trying to make me fucking crazy?”

Her brows lifted and a small grin tugged at the corner of her mouth. “You’re going crazy being in here?

Why?”

I stared at her like she was insane. “Do you want me to answer that honestly?”

She slowly nodded. “Always.”

My tongue ran over my lips, and I was suddenly parched. I needed water. My head was spinning.

Did I tell her the truth? What I was really thinking? Hoping?

Fuck it. What could it hurt?

“I’m going crazy because all I want to do is bury my cock inside you and stay there all night.”
